| Dear
Jim,
The Northeast Valley is booming -- and so is Four Peaks Grill and
Tap. On the SE corner of Frank Lloyd Wright and Hayden in North
Scottsdale, we're busy serving up the same excellent beer and food
you've come to love and expect from Four Peaks. And it's all so
close - just a drive North or South on the 101 to FLW, then a little
jog East to Hayden. Once you're on Hayden, look immediately to your
left. We're in the Sonora Village Shopping Center next to Organized
Living facing west. (Of course, we know you could be coming from all
directions, but you get the gist.) Added bonuses about Four Peaks
Grill and Tap: more parking than you've ever dreamed and a really
cold air- conditioning.
Come in, cool off and see what's happening at this new location!
We've got great drink specials . . . beer dinners . . . more lunch
and dinner choices . . . and a staff and clientele that will make
you feel right at home. If you have any questions, want to talk
about having a party or to make reservations for any of our events,
please call us at 480/991-1795. We'll be happy to talk to you.
| Plans for a Four Peaks Grill & Tap Grand Opening
Blitz Now Under Review |
 |
We've had our "soft" opening. We've put the word out
there to our friends and relatives and long-time Four Peaks
supporters like yourselves that Four Peaks Grill and Tap is
now ready to serve. But we think it's time to bust wide with
the shock and awe and implement our plan for a Grand Opening
Blitz.
The exact date and time are TBD, but we're thinking our
Grand Opening Blitz will be complete with banners, balloons,
door prizes, beer and food specials, etc. We could get crazy
and call it a kind of beerfest, but our Secret Ops Unit has
yet to iron out the details.
You see, we want to do this right, so we called up Dubya
for some advice. He recommended the formation of a Four Peaks
Secret Ops Unit, the task of which was promptly executed. The
exact responsibilities of this entity include (and as of yet,
are limited to) posing in front of this here chopper.
We advise you to keep your eyes peeled for an update or an
official announcement on the Four Peaks Grill and Tap Grand
Opening Blitz. We've got the best we've got on the job.

| World Beer Cup a Success for
Hopsquatch! |
 |
The 2004 World Beer Cup was held in San Diego on April
17. In the "Imperial or Double Red Ale" category, Four Peaks
debuted a new seasonal called "Hopsquatch." Among stiff
competition - eight entries in all -- Hopsquatch carried home
the Bronze, and there was much rejoicing by all.
Hopsquatch is a strong red ale with lots of flavor and lots
of fun. It's currently conditioning and will continue to
condition for the next three months. We'll have it on tap in
August.
The gold and silver medal recipients of the "Imperial or
Double Red Ale" category were, respectively: "YuleSmith" of
AleSmith Brewing Co. in San Diego and "Double Deranger" of
Laurelwood Pub & Brewery in Portland, OR.

drink specials NOW!" |
 |
| And he's right -- these deals are too good to pass up.
If you've ever gone to Four Peaks thinking you're just going
to eat lunch or dinner and wash it down with a refreshing,
filtered water, discovered our drink specials and then found
yourself saying, "Well, why wouldn't I?" -- you're not alone.
Happens to me every time.
So - here's the deal. At Four Peaks Grill and Tap, it's
HAPPY HOUR from 3-7 p.m. and 10 p.m.-1 a.m. Monday through
Saturday and all day Sunday. That comes to just over 50 HOURS

Happiness, to us and to our clientele, involves the
following: $2 pints, $8 pitchers(!), $3 house margaritas and
$3 house bloody marys. We repeat: you can get these deals
Monday-Saturday 3-7 p.m., 10 p.m.-1a.m. and ALL DAY SUNDAY.
